The outer jacket features 2” 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Tape, snap-off adjustable hood, two-way zipper and adjustable Velcro cuffs. Constructed with two front zippered pockets, outer storm flap, utility loop, and draw-cord bottom hem for a custom fit. EmbAccess™ system for clean embroidery.
